Posted - Sep 09 2006 : 12:50:22 PM OK all I did this last year, so I'll do it again this year... just to look at things and how stuff would add up if the chase wasn't a factor... And I'm starting early for this one... (I'll update after the race) - Sorry for the format hopefully you can figure it out... I'm just copying out of excel and it loses the nice clean lines...

Posted - Nov 30 2006 : 09:40:41 AM Yeah, this was JJ’s year... I’m probably one of the few on this forum that like the way they do business on the 48 team, and they really got their act together... crew chiefs are supposed to bend the rules (indeed break `em if they can get away with it ), what they’re not supposed to do is get caught; cuz it drags down the whole effort... so they came back from that and essentially made Helton and the boys eat it... good for them... one of the few non-homogenized, non-sterilized teams left in the sport (at least of the potential front-runners...).
Would I have liked the 20-car in there... sure... is it Daytona yet...

Posted - Oct 10 2006 : 3:23:01 PM OK... I started to update my spreadsheet last night, I'll finish when I get home and get this updated before I leave Wednesday morning... |

Posted - Oct 09 2006 : 02:04:41 AM OK... I've checked the results and the two times I check it looked like they were "playing" a little with them... once they had JR and JJ finishing ahead of Denny and Tony... then now it looks like they are behind them... I have to work Monday (yes I know but I couldn't turn down the extra money for subbing) then I have a B-Day party Monday night... but I'll see if I can't get our grid updated at least before I go to bed Monday night... I just refuse to do it now and find out I have to redo it once the result become "official".. |
